Who we're

We're a family-owned business, and we believe breakfast should work as hard as you do.

Before SOAKD, we spent years building sustainable packaging solutions for the food & beverage industry — compostable straws, biodegradable coatings, compostable packaging, products designed to leave the planet better than we found it. But somewhere between manufacturing runs and school lunches, we realized something: we were so focused on what food comes in, we'd stopped paying attention to what was actually in the food.

Our family were eating breakfast that looked healthy on the box but delivered nothing meaningful inside it. We were grabbing convenience options that left us crashing by 10 AM. And the genuinely good stuff? It took 30-40 minutes to prepare on mornings when we had five.

We got tired of breakfast that didn’t do anything. Most breakfast options are either convenient but nutritionally empty, or healthy but a chore to prepare. We believed you shouldn’t have to choose. So we built SOAKD — overnight muesli where every single ingredient earns its place.

Not just protein for the sake of a label claim. Not probiotics as a marketing buzzword. Every formulation starts with a functional question: what should this breakfast do for the person eating it? Then we source the best organic ingredients 60–70% from Canadian farms — to answer that question.

20g — Plant protein per serving. From sprouted brown rice protein with a complete amino acid profile comparable to whey.

1 Billion - CFU of heat-stable probiotics in every pouch. Bacillus subtilis DE111®, clinically studied and proven to survive shelf storage and stomach acid.

We’re not asking you to trust a label. We’re asking you to try it, feel the difference, and decide for yourself. Scan the QR code on any SOAKD pouch to see exactly where every ingredient comes from, the research behind our functional formulations, and the faces of the farmers who grow what’s in your jar. Transparency isn’t a feature. It’s how we operate.
